Do you offer last-minute bookings?Yes, but subject to the availability of inventory based on trip details such as destination and time. Some things to note with last minute bookings: Hotel and flight prices may not be as favorable as those made at least 30 days in advance of your desired trip Popular attractions may require tickets to be booked at least 3 months in advance of the intended date of visit VIP or personalized experiences may not be possible to plan or book Group bookings may not be possible to plan or execute Fully refundable option may not be available with your bookings

Do you offer travel insurance recommendations?Yes, we offer different types of travel insurance recommendations via different partner channels depending on the Plan that you are on. For example, if you are on the Expedition or Odyssey Plan, we may recommend and assist your travel party in booking personalized and comprehensive partner programs that offers up to US$250,000 in medical coverage for your trip, along with 24/7 live human support and trip monitoring such as: Real-time assistance for emergency situations Real-time alerts about flight delays Real-time alerts about destination-specific COVID-19 information Quick reimbursements for flight cancellations Quick reimbursements for lost or mishandled luggage Dining & entertainment recommendations Or if you are on the Free or Explorer Plan, we may recommend an affiliate partner platform that comes with basic medical, flight delay, and luggage mishandling coverage, where you may process the booking on your own.

How will my child's age affect hotel bookings?Hotels have different provisions for those with children. In general, this is how your child's age might affect your hotel booking: Infants & Toddlers (0-2 years): Many hotels allow infants to stay for free if they use existing beds or a crib. Some provide complimentary cribs, while others may charge a fee. Young Children (3-12 years): Policies vary—some hotels allow young children to stay for free if sharing a bed with parents, while others charge an extra fee per child. Teenagers (13+ years): Many hotels consider teens as adults and charge full rates for an extra bed or separate room.

Is clothing cleaned before delivery?Yes! All rentals are professionally cleaned and sanitized between uses, with eco-friendly and hypoallergenic processes.

How do I return rented items?Returns are easy — we include a prepaid return label. Just pack the items into the original packaging provided and drop them off at the hotel front desk.

What if I damage or stain the clothes?Normal wear and tear is covered. For major damages, including heavy or unremovable stains, additional charges will be deducted from the rental deposit that you pay at the start of your rental.

What about intimate apparel and swimwear?Intimate apparel is personal and light, and easy to pack in a carry-on. Here's a list of Bring-Your-Owns (BYOs): • Underwear, boxers, bras • Socks, stockings, leggings • Swimwear Alternatively, you can always purchase disposables on the go.
